The other bedroom is equipped with bunkbeds and has great views to the Plaza de Antonio Banderas Square and La concha Mountain. Furthermore, the apartment has a brand new fully equipped modern kitchen; the spacious, modern living room with dining area with large south-facing windows perfect to get ready for a nice night out with stunning views.

  • Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 40€ extra.
  • Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

Fully refundable 14 days

• Cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival day.

• Pending amount, 70% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.
• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:
  • From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
  • From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
• We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
• We charge 20€ for an extra bed per day.
